The Academic Referral & Partner Program recognises professionals who refer genuinely eligible NIOS students in bulk, while maintaining transparency, compliance, and student welfare at every stage.

This program is not a sales or agent-based model.

Who Can Become a Referral Partner

The program is open to verified professionals, including:

  • School teachers (any board or subject)

  • School principals and academic coordinators

  • Admission consultants practising ethical, student-first counselling

  • Sports coaches and sports academies

  • Special educators and learning support professionals

  • Career counsellors working directly with students and parents

❌ This program is not open to unverified agents, brokers, or lead sellers.

Minimum Eligibility & Conditions

  • Minimum 5 students must be referred in one batch

  • Students must be genuinely eligible for NIOS pathways

  • Full academic support fees must be paid in one single payment

  • Referral benefit applies only after admission confirmation

Referral Benefit Structure

Referral Appreciation: 10%

  • Applicable only for bulk referrals (5+ students)

  • Calculated strictly on SchoolBase academic support fees

  • NIOS board fees are excluded

  • Released after full fee payment and admission activation

Payment Timeline:
Referral appreciation is released within 15–30 working days after admission activation and fee confirmation.

This is a professional appreciation, not a commission-based sales contract.

Ethical Referral Policy

The following practices are strictly prohibited:

  • False promises or misleading claims

  • “Guaranteed pass” or outcome assurances

  • Pressure selling to parents or students

  • Misrepresentation of NIOS rules or processes

All counselling is conducted directly by SchoolBase to ensure fairness and accuracy.

Direct Student & Parent Communication

  • SchoolBase communicates directly with parents and students

  • Referral partners do not collect fees or handle documentation

  • Subject selection, admissions, and explanations are handled officially

This ensures clarity, compliance, and long-term trust.

  3. Submit details of minimum 5 interested students .
  4. SchoolBase conducts direct counselling with parents .
  5. After admission activation and full fee payment, referral appreciation is processed .

Confidentiality & Professional Conduct

  • Referrer details are treated with strict confidentiality

  • Information is used only for referral coordination and compliance

  • A written acknowledgement or agreement may be issued for clarity

Important Terms & Conditions

  • Applicable only for bulk admissions (5+ students)

  • One-time full payment is mandatory for eligibility

  • Not applicable for partial admissions or instalment payments

  • SchoolBase reserves the right to approve or decline referrals

  • Policies may change based on academic cycles or NIOS regulations
